Take a moment to focus within and to tune into your primary thoughts for a minute. Do you see and focus on the Abundance in your life? Or do you only see what you lack and the things you don’t have?
If you tend to only see lack – then it’s likely your money, health, friends, family time, motivation, and peace of mind are possibly all lacking in some way…you get the idea.
Focusing on Lack, only brings back one thing – you got it, more Lack.
If you really take the time to look around you, you’ll start to realise that abundance is everywhere. There is abundant sunlight to power life on earth, and air to breathe. We do not struggle for these things, or worry about the possibility that they may cease to exist. Ponder for a moment the sheer volume of abundance all around you at this moment. Try counting the drops of water in the ocean, or the number of clouds in the sky. Be awed by the abundance in nature – the plants, trees, flowers, fruits, vegetables…
If you can agree that abundance certainly is all around us, then why is it that some people still have so little?
The answer lies in the way they think. They are thinking small, and focusing on lack. They are constantly entertaining thoughts that money is limited, good jobs are scarce, there is nothing they can do to improve their health. that they are not attractive, that they have no time, that they do not deserve more than their current lot.
Essentially, what they think about, they bring about.
Have you ever wondered how an abundant person thinks?
Yes, they think BIG, and they focus on abundance. They believe in abundance, visualise it, feel it, act upon it, attract it, and claim it as their own.
So how can the rest of us possible focus on abundance when our current circumstance seems otherwise?
You don’t need to be in abundance to think abundance. Use what we already have available around us to feel, visualise, attract and claim abundance.
Take a walk in nature. Be inspired. Focus on a time of abundance and happiness in your life. Be lifted. See abundance in all places, all around you. Feel it. Remind yourself that you can claim your rights to this magnificent abundance. Keep the thoughts of abundance in the forefront of your mind at all times. Take actions to move towards it.
As you focus on abundance, you radiate positive energy to attract the people, circumstances and events into your life to bring about the changes you require to reach your goals.
Keep your focus and overcome any distraction along the way.
Be persistent. Do what you must to move you closer to abundance, such as reading, listening to music, writing, singing, laughing, and thinking positive. Keep thinking and keep doing until you are living in your abundance.
There is really no harm thinking BIG.
